My education and background

I am a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Certified General Accountant (CGA) with over 14 years of experience.  I have an Honours Bachelors of Commerce from Laurentian University and a Business Administration Accounting diploma from Sheridan College.  I spent 7 and a half years in public practice working with small business owners in a wide variety of industries.  I also completed audits for national companies and not for profit organizations.  I spent the last 3 and a half years as a Controller, including being the Controller for Canada's #1 hotel developer for 2 and a half years.
